Going paperless doesn't have to change the way you pay your bill. You may still pay any way you choose. The City is simply asking residents to sign up to receive the monthly invoice in an email instead of a hard copy.
Residents choosing to continue receiving paper statements will see a $2 per month fee added to their utility bill to cover the cost of printing, sorting, and mailing of monthly utility bills. If this charge is a hardship, or if you need help making the switch to paperless, please call City Hall at 801-546-0861.
Steps to switch to paperless billing:
3. Enter your email address and create a password
4. Enter your Fruit Heights City account number
