Fruit Heights City utilizes paperless billing. This means, if you have an Internet connection, an email address, and a city account number, you can view current and the past four monthly statements online at Xpress Bill Pay. Once the account is established on Xpress Bill Pay, select the paperless billing option.
While on Xpress Bill Pay, we encourage you to set up automatic payments using a credit or debit card, or a checking or savings account. Payments will continue to be received in the drop box at the south end of the parking lot at the Fruit Heights City Office located at 910 S Mountain Road, or at the city's front desk during regular business hours.
How It Works
We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, the premier provider for online bill payment systems.
When you sign up for online bill payment, you get a unique password that you use to access your personal account. We'll send you a reminder email every month to let you know when your bill is online.
Then, just log in through your web browser and view your bill, which will look like the paper statement you're familiar with. Select a payment type, enter the information, and you're done!
It's that easy! it will only take you a few minutes each month.
How to Sign Up
If you're ready to get started, here's what to do:
- Go to Xpress Bill Pay
- Click on "go" under "New to Xpress Bill Pay" to create a free account. If you've already signed up, you can login with your email address and password.
- Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need a valid email address and a city account number to create an account. Once you've created an account, you'll be able to go online at any time to view and pay your bills. If you choose to use the auto pay option, select a payment date between the tenth and the first of the following month.
