The following sections of the Fruit Heights City Municipal Code are being considered by the Planning Commission and City Council for changes and/or updates. Sections of the Code that deal with Land Use Regulations are subject to a public hearing prior to approval by the City Council. The following updates will be considered for approval by the City Council at their City Council Meeting Scheduled on November 12, 2019 at 7:00 pm. The public is invited to attend the meeting and provide public comment regarding the proposed changes to the ordinances listed below.Title 6A: Business Regulations
