The Fruit Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on a proposed new ordinance regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), more commonly referred to as basement apartments. The meeting was originally noticed on the City Utility Bills as being March 23, 2010 at 7:00 pm. The meeting is now rescheduled because of a conflict with Caucus Meetings that are also being held that same night.

The Public Hearing is now scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Fruit Heights City Hall.
